Yes we try and avoid it at all costs, but for most of us it's not possible to avoid!
When I had newborn babies I tried online shopping, but found I missed lots of things when I placed my order. Although I usually have a shopping list when I hit the shops I always add items as I shop - which I found hard to do online.
My hot tips when shopping with a toddler or any child really:
I discovered the OnTray a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. I purchased from the USA and found so many people were stopping me at the supermarket asking where I purchased from. I then realised how much everyone else loved the OnTray too and decided to import them from the USA - hence Thanks Mum was born.
All you need to do is FILL the OnTray with snacks at home, place on the lid and head to the shops. Simply CLIP the OnTray to the supermarket trolley, take off the lid and SLIDE easily underneath the tray (to avoid losing the lid), then hopefully shop that little bit easier whilst your kids enjoy their snacks and keep them contained within the OnTray! I have also been known to take a secondary bag of snacks to fill up the OnTray so I can go to another shop without complaints! Other customers also take toy cars, shopkins or what ever your little one is interested in to play with in the OnTray!
The OnTray is invented by a Mum is the USA and is available in Australia from Thanks Mum. OnTray's are only $12 from www.thanksmum.com.au
